At Whole Latte Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso experience. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your brewing needs, you can return most products in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Equipment

Ensure the machine or accessory is thoroughly cleaned, dried, and packed securely in its original manufacturer packaging with all included manuals and parts.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange credit within 7 to 10 business days.
